Frank Cotolo
Frank Cotolo has been making a living as a writer for over thirty years. And through those decades of writing books, scripts for radio, TV, film and theater, his voice work was abundant.
Over the years you may have heard Cotolo’s voice on international radio commercials, public-service announcements and even on phone-answering machines (disguised as any number of characters he created).
He produced and performed on his own local talk show in the late 1980s in San Diego and was a producer/writer and performer on the now defunct Nashville Radio Network.
Frank wrote and starred in a series of educational videos for the Meadows Racing Network in the early 1990s and became one of the Internet’s most active and popular broadcast voices in the late ‘90s. Aside from his own program, his voice can be heard on many Internet radio facilities.
In 1978 Cotolo went to Hollywood and hooked up with legendary personality Wolfman Jack. Frank began a long working relationship with the groundbreaking radio-oriented artist. He became Wolfman’s full-time writer (for radio, TV and live appearances) as well as he played the part of “Mars,” Wolfman’s radio sidekick. With the Wolfman, Frank wrote, performed on and sometimes produced radio programs heard around the world.

Today, Cotolo continues to offer his voice services for any organization wanting a fresh, unique imaging package. Frank’s voice does not have a run-of-the-mill, school-of-broadcasting sound. It is youthful, confident and distinct. Check out the samples.
